 Weekly meeting with Assistant Manager HR on every Monday (Agenda: Hiring, terminations, charge sheets, warning letters, department wise late arrival and attendance report, HODs late arrival status).
 Monitoring of ongoing projects related to Administration Department.
 Watch video recording for monitoring, any unethical activities, especially at nighttime. See telephone logbook & bills to control unnecessary calls.
 Fortnightly meeting with Manager HR to discuss compensations report Meeting Agenda: How many employees / workers got benefit from government institutions and insurance company).
